You can also move your task bar to the side of your screen. This option will enable your task bar to hide when your cursor moves away from it, and pop back up when your cursor goes back down there. If all else fails, or if your resolution is as high as it can go, it is possible to “hide” the Windows task bar at the bottom of your screen.
